City of Summerside Sunbank Project
Collins acted as the Construction Manager on the 26 MW + 10MW BESS Microgrid Project in Summerside PEI. Additional scopes included pile remediation with micropiles, interior road construction, and the electrical substation package.
Clayquot Wilderness Reserve Solar Array
Collins deployed to a remote island off the coast of Vancouver Island to complete the installation of foundations (ground screw), racking, and panel for an off grid wilderness reserve.
CFB Gagetown Solar Array
Collins completed the design and foundation install, racking installation, and panel installation work on the 8+MW solar array located in Oromocto New Brunswick. Additional scope included design and build of the control building.
Atlantic Aqua Farms – Phase 1 Installation
Collins completed the installation and startup support for the commissioning of a new aquaculture production line. Scope included the construction of a new motor control room, installation of equipment and control cabinets, and metal fabrication support.
Atlantic Aqua Farms – New Building Electrical Services
Collins completed the electrical services package in support of a new building for Atlantic Aqua Farms. The building will house new processing equipment and required the construction of a new motor control room.
Summerside Youth Correctional Centre – New Main Electrical Services
Collins is currently completing the construction of a new electrical services entrance for PEI Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. The scope included the creation of a new transformer pad, underground conduit installation, the construction of a new interior services room, and the installation and commissioning of a new distribution panel and automatic transfer switch.
RWL Steel Building Construction
Collins has completed the structural steel erection of a new modular housing panel facility in New Annan. The structural steel is erected. Subsequent phases will see building envelope completed and the electrical services installation.
